<br />3. That any plugging or impairment of the operation of the <br />City sewer sytem with grease will be considered prima <br />facia evidence that Section 24-8 of the City Code, <br />Section 15-147 of the City Code, Article V, Section <br />5-4A of the Rules and Regulations for the Metropolitan <br />Sewer Disposal System have been and are being violated <br />and that the right of the rendering plant to use the <br />City sewer system is thereby immediately suspended. <br /> <br />The amount of grease discharged into the City sewer <br />system shall be 100 mg. per liter or less. If the City <br />sanitary sewer system or lift station wet well becomes <br />plugged as a result of the operations at the rendering <br />plants, the cost of cleaning shall be paid by the <br />rendering plants making use of that part of the sewer <br />system that has become plugged. <br /> <br />4. That the Gordon Rendering Company be appraised that the <br />City of New Brighton will continue to work with the <br />Minnesota Pollution Control Agency and the Metropolitan <br />Sewer Board to assure that all applicable rules, <br />regulations and codes are complied with. <br /> <br />5. That not less than two, and at the City's discretion up <br />to four stack tests are to be made each year and that <br />frequent inspections be made by the City Sanitarian to <br />make sure the Gordon Rendering Company is complying with <br />the City's requirements. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that violation of, or failure <br />to comply with, any conditions of this Offensive Trades license <br />shall be cause for suspension or revocation of this license, and <br />that such suspension or revocation shall be considered by the <br />City Council. <br /> <br />Adopted th is 10th day of <br /> <br />November <br /> <br />, 1 986 . <br /> <br />~~~ <br />Robert Benke yor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />.
