<br />i it. .. <br />ii <br /> <br />ii <br />" <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 86-71 <br /> <br />~ \ <br />\i <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> <br />RESOLUTION MAKING FINDINGS Of fACT AND APPROVING SP-134 (FARMERS <br />HARKET). <br /> <br />WHEREAS, an application for a ,peclal use permit has been made by <br />Riverside Farms and st. John the Baptist Church; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the procedural history of the application Is as follows: <br /> <br />. , <br />i\ <br />ii <br /> <br />1. That an application for a special use permit was filed With the <br />City on June 26, 1986. <br /> <br />, , <br />)' <br /> <br />2. That the Planning Conwnisslon, pursuant to published and mai led <br />notices, held a public hearing on July 15, 1986, all persons present <br />at the hearing were given an opportunity to be heard. <br /> <br />3. That the application for a special use perMft was revfewed by <br />the City Council on July 22, 1986 and that the comments and <br />analysis of staff and the Planning Commission minutes and <br />recommendations were consfdered. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council that the following <br />i' Findings of Fact are made in respect to SP-134. <br /> <br />I. That the farmers market operations are to take place in an <br />R-l, single family zoning. <br /> <br />2. That the site and operation of the farmers market conform to <br />all requirements of Section 4-030 (f) and that the sale of any <br />animals is not permitted. <br /> <br />3.
