<br />--w.-- <br /> <br />4: - ..~ <br /> <br />61" <br />Ii <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. <br /> <br />Rh-hq <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAHSEY <br />CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING SUBDIVISION OF CERTAIN PROPERTY WITHIN THE CITY OF <br />i NEW BRIGHTON (generally located on the east side of 12th Avenue NW, <br />north of County Road E and north of Bel-Air Park Plat Number 9). <br /> <br />WHEREAS the City of New Brighton has been requested to subdivide <br />certain property in the City of New Brighton described as follows: <br /> <br />Lot 5, Block 4, Hork-Campion Terrace, Ramsey County, Hinnesota <br /> <br />WHEREAS State Statutes require that if such property is located in <br />, municipalities that have adopted a platting ordinance, approval of that <br />:! municipality must be obtained before such subdivisions can be filed, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS Section 26-24 of the New Brighton City Code provides for <br />subdivision of property without platting if certain criteria can be met; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS the City Council has determined that such criteria has been <br /> <br />met. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by theCouncil of the City of New <br />Brighton that the Council approves subdivision of the above described <br />property into parcels described as follows: <br /> <br />PARCEL A <br /> <br />That part of Lot 5, Block 4, MORK-CAMPION TERRACE, described as follows: <br />Comnencing at the Southwest corner of said Lot 5, thence North 0 degrees <br />22 minutes 30 seconds West (assumed bearing) along the west line of saId <br />Lot 5 a distance of 100.00 feet to the Northwesterly corner of said Lot <br />5, thence North 54 degrees 11 mInutes 46 seconds East along the <br />northerly line of said Lot 5 a distance of 82.88 feet to the point of <br />beginning of the parcel to be described; thence continuing northeasterly <br />along the northerly lfne to the most northerly corner thereof; thence <br />southeasterly along the curve lot line to the most easterly corner of <br />said Lot 5, thence South 40 degrees 54 minutes 27 seconds West along the <br />southeasterly lot line of said Lot 5 to a point distant 127.25 feet <br />northeasterly of the southeasterly corner thereof; thence North 55 <br />degrees 22 minutes 30 seconds West a distance of 92.07 feet to the point <br />of beginning. <br /> <br />PARCEL B <br /> <br />, <br />" <br /> <br />That part of Lot 5, Block 4, HaRK-CAMPION TERRACE, described as follows: <br />Beginning at the Southwest Corner of said Lot 5; thence North 0 degrees <br />22 minutes 30 seconds West (assumed bearing) along the west line of said <br />Lot 5 a distance of 100.00 feet to the Northwesterly corner of said Lot <br />5; thence North 54 degrees 11 minutes 46 seconds East along the <br />northerly line of said Lot 5 a distance of 82.88 feet; thence South 55 <br />degrees 22 minutes 30 seconds East a distance of 92.07 feet to the <br />southeasterly lot line of said Lot 5; thence South 40 degrees 54 minutes <br />27 seconds West along said southeasterly lot line a distance of 127.25 <br />feet to the southeasterly corner thereof; thence on a bearing of West a <br />distance of 59.00 feet to the point of beginning.
