<br />RESOLUTION NO. 86-20 <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAN.SEY <br />CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> <br />i <br /> <br />:RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING A FINANCE POLICY FOR FLOOD CONTROL <br />CAPITAL PROJECTS <br /> <br />Whereas, the official stormwater Management Plan identified <br />flood control capital projects which are of a non-recurring nature <br />and result in a City-wide improvement in water quality; I <br />, <br /> <br />Whereas, in financing these projects, it is in the City's <br />I:best interest that administrative costs be kept as low as possible <br />"and that the citizens derive the maximum in income tax deduction; I <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />i <br />I <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that: <br /> <br />1. The collection method used result in the minimal <br />administrative costs and, if possible, a general tax <br />levy be used so that the citizens can benefit from the <br />income tax deduction. <br /> <br />2.
