<br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />Council Meeting Minutes <br />April 25, 1995 <br /> <br />Page 11 <br /> <br />Council Business. continued <br /> <br />Motion by Larson, seconded by Samuelson, to REQUEST STAFF TO PERFORM <br />SUBSEQUENT REVIEW OF THE PEDDLER LICENSE APPLICATION OF <br />BLUE BELL ICE CREAM IN TERMS OF ACCURACY AND <br />CREDITABILITY; AND REQUEST STAFF TO EXPLAIN THE <br />INVESTIGATIVE PROCEDURE FOR CRIMINAL HISTORIES OF DRIVERS <br />OF BLUE BELL ICE CREAM. <br /> <br />5 Ayes - 0 Nayes, Motion Carried. <br /> <br />Announcements and Updates <br /> <br />Gunderman requested staff to investigate establishment of a City notification process <br />when a convicted sex offender has relocated to New Brighton; and notification to the <br />neighborhood that individual has moved into. <br /> <br />Williams noted the need for a formal program to encourage public volunteerism <br />within the City. He request a staff presentation at an upcoming meeting. <br /> <br />Adjournment <br /> <br />Motion by Larson, seconded by Samuelson, to ADJOURN THE MEETING. <br /> <br />5 Ayes - 0 Nayes, Motion Carried. <br /> <br />Meeting was adjourned at 10: 15 p.m. <br /> <br />~ <br />Robert J.
