Proper verified the bid opening would be <br />moved to September 7 and the bid award would be brought before Council <br />on September 14. <br /> <br />Larson suggested that other residents located near the location of this <br />sewer line should be notified of the public meeting. <br /> <br />Motion by Benke, seconded by Larson, to WAIVE THE READING AND <br />ADOPT THE RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS <br />FOR PROJECT 93-7, 23RD AVENUE NW SANITARY SEWER SERVICE <br />REPAIRS, AND AUTHORIZE THE ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS. <br /> <br />4 Ayes - 0 Nayes, Motion Carried. <br /> <br />Announcements and Uodates <br /> <br />Jeanetta announced that the testing of the Williams natural gas pipeline has <br />been postponed to the week of August 23. <br /> <br />Williams asked if the City has planned activities for the upcoming Waste <br />Reduction Week in September. Jeanetta said the Environmental Quality <br />Commission will begin determining City activities. <br /> <br />Jeanetta said the Ramsey County Commissioners are in the process of <br />discussing the issue of the Locke Lake Improvement Project.
