<br />ORDINANCE NO.742 <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> <br />ORDINANCE REVISING THE NEW BRIGHTON ZONING ORDINANCE <br />BY REZONING CERTAIN PREPERTY WITHIN THE CITY OF NEW <br />BRIGHTON (715 AND 721 OLD HIGHWAY 8 NW) FROM B.2, <br />NEIGHBORHOOD BUSINESS TO B-4 DOWNTOWN BUSINESS <br /> <br />Se on 1. <br /> <br />Pursuant to Section 8-310, of the City of New Brighton Zoning Ordinance, <br />the official map is amended to identify the following properties with a <br />zoning designation ofB-4, Downtown Business: <br /> <br />715 Old Highway 8 NW: <br />The South 22 feet of Lot 19 and all of Lots 16, 17 and 18, Block 4, <br />along with the West half of the adjoining vacated alley, First Addition <br />to New Brighton, Ramsey County, Minnesota. <br /> <br />721 Old Highway 8 NW: <br />Except for the South 22 feet of Lot 19, all of the Lots 19, 20 and 21, <br />Block 4, First Addition to New Brighton, together with that part of the <br />adjacent vacated alley that accrued thereto by reason of the vacation <br />thereof. <br /> <br /> <br />This ordinance shall take effect on the day following its publication. <br /> <br />A pted this 220d day of August, 2006. <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />Steve Larson, Mayor <br /> <br /> <br />. ~ tl>lvt~ <br /> <br />. el A, Maiers, Director Of Finance and <br />ort Services rCity Clerk <br /> <br />~1\.~Ik;III{^- <br />. e a Troha, Acting City Manager <br />
