<br />ORDINANCE NO. 743 <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO <br />GROUND SIGN LIMITATIONS FOR INSTITUTIONAL USES <br />WITHIN RESIDENTIAL ZONING DISTRICTS; <br />AMENDING CITY ZONING CODE <br />SECTION 9-050 (1) (A) AND SECTION 9-060 (1) (A). <br /> <br />T CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON ORDAINS that the New <br />Bri hton Code of Ordinances is amended by amending City Zoning Code Section 9-050 <br />(1) ) and Section 9-060 (1) (B) as follows: <br /> <br /> <br />9-050. Residential Zoning Districts, R-I, R-2, and R4. <br /> <br />nstitutional Sign. A single sign and/or encased bulletin board is permitted for a <br />ch, public facility, or a school. <br />A. An institutional ground sign shall not exceed thirty-two square feet in area, not <br />exceed ten feet in height and shall be placed not less than ten feet from any street <br />right-of-way. <br />B. An institutional wall sign shall not exceed twenty percent of the designated <br />signable area or 200 square feet in area, whichever is less. <br /> <br />Se 9-060.
