CONSIDERATION OF APPROVAL TO GRANT THE PIKE LAKE <br />SCHOOL PrA A LAWFUL GAMBLING LICENSE AND WAIVE THE <br />30 DAY WAITING PERIOD. <br /> <br />4. <br /> <br />5 Ayes - 0 Nayes, Motion Carried <br /> <br />Public Hearin~ - None <br /> <br />Council Business <br /> <br />Community Development Director Kevin Locke presented the continuation of the <br />Church Upon the Rock Special Use Permit. <br /> <br />In January, Council continued consideration of the permit until the March 9th <br />Council Meeting and directed staff to prepare a response to questions raised by <br />Council.
