<br />City Planner, Janice Gundlach stated the Planning Commission has reviewed this
<br />item in June, July and August, It was the recommendation of the
<br />Commission to rezone the property at 715 Old Highway 8 NW from B2
<br />which is the primaty classification of other businesses along Old
<br />
<br />Council Member Burg questioned if the value of proposed l?uilding is known,
<br />additionally she stated that she would have liked to see a~C6rid story on the
<br />proposed building. Ms. Gundlach replied that if the builclirig were any larger, the
<br />required number of parking stalls could not be met ofl't!1.e current lot~,ize.
