CONSIDERATION OF BIDS FOR SEALCOATING PROJECT/lP91~3. <br /> <br />5 Ayes ~ 0 Nayes, Motion Carried <br /> <br />Public Hearina -None <br /> <br />Council Business <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />City Manager David Childs presented proposed changes in the pension <br />benefits of the New Brighton Fire Department Relief Association. <br /> <br />Changes include: increase monthly benefit from $16 to $20 per month, <br />per year of service; and increase lump sum benefit from $1,300 to $2,250 <br />per year of service. The pension fund can fully support the increase, and <br />there is no increase to the City's annual $16,000 contribution.
