Council Agenda for <br />, August 22, 2006. <br /> <br />Council Member Doffing requested the following changes be made to the Agenda: <br /> <br />I 1. <br /> <br />Move item number VI-3 consideration of Change Order 1 and Partial <br />Payment 3, Project 06-1, NWQ Phase 1, Site Grading. Report No. 06-184 to <br />Council Business Item No.4. <br />2. Move item No. VIII-I, VIII-6 and VIII-7 to Consent Agenda. <br />(It was determined to leave item VIII-6 under Council Business.) <br />3. Add, Item No. VIII-ll Consideration of moving the Council Election to even <br />number years. <br /> <br />Motion by Council Member Doffing, seconded by Council Member Bauman to <br />approve the agenda as amended. <br /> <br />5 Ayes - 0 Nays, Motion Carried. <br /> <br />Council Minutes <br />1.
