II ~ ~ RESOLUTION NO 85-106 STATE OF MINNESOTA COUNTY OF RAMSEY CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON RESOLUTION APPROVING SUBDIVISION OF CERTAIN PROPERTY WITHIN THE CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON (generally north of Lowy Enterprises, east of Old Highway 8) ~ : WHEREAS, the City of New Brighton has been requested to subdivide certain property in the City of New Brighton described as follows: PARCEL C The N~rth 75 feet of the West 453.6 feet of the South 10 acres of the Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 21, Township 30, Range 23, Ramsey County, Minnesota. PARCEL 0 That part of the South 185 feet of the North 1175 feet of the Northwest Quarter of Section 21, Township 30, Range 23, lying Westerly of a line described as peginning at a point on the North line of said Northwest Quarter distant 306.15 feet East from the Northwest corner of said Northwest Quarter; thence South 15 degrees 49 minutes 46 seconds East (assuming the North line of said Northwest Quarter as bearing East and West) a distance of 895.49 feet; thence Southerly 232.76 feet along a tangential curve concave to the West, having a radius of 1057.92 feet and a central angle of 12 degrees 36 minutes 22 seconds; thence South 3 degrees 13 minutes 24 seconds East and tangent to said curve 84.51 feet to the South line of said North 1175 feet and there terminating. Except the West 453.6 feet of said Northwest Quarter. PARCEL F That part of the West 453.6 feet of the North 1175 feet of the Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 21, Township 30, Range 23, Ramsey County, Minnesota, lying South of the North 185 feet of the South 10 acres of said Northwest Quarter of Northwest Quarter. WHEREAS, State Statutes require that if such property is located in ~municipalities that have adopted a platting ordinance, approval of that municipality must be obtained before such subdivisions can be filed; and I' d I . ;': WHEREAS, Seciton 26-24 of the New Brighton City Code provides for subdivision of property without platting if certain criteria can be met; and ;: ;; ~ i WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that such criteria has been met. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of New Brighton that the Council approves subdivision of the above described property into parcels described as follows: j: PARCEL C The North 75 feet of the West 453.6 feet of the South 10 acres of the Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 21, Township 3D, Range 23, Ramsey County, Minnesota. and :: I .
