RESOLUTION NO 85-100 STATE OF MINNESOTA COUNTY OF RAMSEY CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON RESOLUTION MAKING FINDINGS OF FACT AND APPROVING SP-125 (Faith Christian Reformed Church) WHEREAS, an application for a special use permit has been made by Faith Christian Reformed Church; and WHEREAS, the procedural history of the application is as follows: 1 . 2. 3. j" 4. That an application for a special use permit was filed with the City on June 3,1985. That at the applicant's request the public hearing was continued on June 18, 1985 and again on July 16, 1985. That the Planning Commission, pursuant to published and mailed notices, held a public hearing on August 20, 1985, all person's present at the hearing were given an opportunity to be heard. That the application for a special use permit (SP-125) was reviewed by the City Council on August 27, 1985 and that the comments and analysis of Staff and the Planning Commission minutes and recommendations were considered. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council that the following Findings of Fact are made in respect to SP-125: 1 . 2. " 3. 4. That the property is zoned R-l, Single Family Residential That a church is a permitted use in a R-l zoning by special use permit. That the proposed building and parking expansion conform I to the R-l district zoning standards. I That the application for SP-125 conforms to the standards I for a special use permit and the proposed land use plan I of the Comprehensive Plan. I i i I I BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the application SP-125 is and hereby approved subject to the following conditions: 1. That concrete curbing be installed around all parking and drive areas. 2.
