The City Council of the City of New Brighton <br />adopted Resolution 85-66 on July 9. 1985 creating Resident Only <br />Parking on 25th Street NW and 14th Avenue NW between Long Lake <br />Road and County Road "H". and <br /> <br />WHEREAS. On August 8, 1985 the residents of 14th Avenue NW <br />I submitted a petition to the City requesting removal of the <br />Resident Only Parking signs because of guest parking problems, <br />, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS. That portion of 14th Avenue NW north of house <br />numbers 2500 and 1398 could be removed from the Resident Only <br />Parking area without creating problems. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED. That the City Council of the <br />City of New Brighton does hereby amend Council Resolution <br />by deleting from the area of Resident Only Parking that portion <br />of 14th Avenue NW lying north of house numbers 2500 and 1398. <br /> <br />Adopted this 27th day of August. 1985. <br /> <br />~t8~ <br /> <br />Gre~ HarGus.
