<br />II <br /> <br />~,.. <br /> <br />... <br /> <br />... <br /> <br />- .. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 85-93 <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE OPERATION OF A MOTOR VEHICLE REGISTRAR <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of New Brighton is desirous of operating a <br />Motor Vehicle Registrar; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, in correspondence dated July 16, 1985, the State of <br />Minnesota confirmed the City's appointment as a Registrar; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, other events, specifically the City Hall remodeling <br />project and the computerization efforts, make it necessary for <br />the City to postpone the opening of the Registrar. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that: <br /> <br />1. The City of New Brighton does accept the appointment <br />as a Deputy Registrar. <br /> <br />2.
