".t <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 85-92 <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING SUBDIVISION OF CERTAIN PROPERTY WITHIN THE <br />CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON (generally west of 1st Avenue N.W. and north <br />of 6th Street NW). <br /> <br />WHEREAS the City of New Brighton has been requested to sub- <br />divide certain property in the City of New Brighton described as <br />follows: <br /> <br />Lots 8 and 9. Block 7. Second Addition to <br />New Brighton. Ramsey County, Minnesota; <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />Lots 10 and 11. Block 7. Second Addition to <br />New Brighton. Ramsey County. Minnesota. <br /> <br />WHEREAS State Statutes require that if such property is <br />located in municipalities that have adopted a platting ordinance. <br />'approval of that municipality must be obtained before such sub- <br />divisions can be filed. and <br /> <br />WHEREAS Section 26-24 of the New Brighton City Code provides <br />:for subdivision of pro~erty without platting if certain criteria <br />:can be met; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS the City Council has determined that such criteria <br />i' has been met. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of <br />New Brighton that the Council approves subdivision of the above <br />'described property into parcels described as follows: <br /> <br />Lot 8 and all except the south 2.38 feet of lot 9. <br />Block 7~ Second Addition to New Brighton.
