That an application for a special use permit was filed <br />with the City on June 28. 1985. <br />2. That the Planning Commission. pursuant to published and <br />mailed notices. held a public hearing on July 16, 1985, <br />all person's present at the hearing were given an <br />opportunity to be heard. <br />3. That the application for a special use <br />considered by the City Council on July <br />the comments and analysis of staff and <br />Commission minutes and recommendations <br /> <br />WHEREAS. the property is legally described as follows: <br /> <br />Lot 1 through 5 and 26 through 30. Block 9. First Addition <br />to New Brighton, Ramsey County. Minnesota and vacated alley <br />and street accruing. Subject to 5th Street NW. <br /> <br />The North 230 feet of the West 300 feet, more or less. of <br />that part of the Northeast! of the Southeast! of Section <br />29, Township 30, Range 23. Ramsey County. Minnesota lying <br />East of First Addition To New Brighton. Subject to <br />5th Street Nl~. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council that the <br />following Findings of Fact are made in respect to SP-126: <br /> <br />1. That the property is zoned 1-1. Light Industrial. <br />2. That the property has 598 feet of frontage and plans <br />for two buildings along 5th Street NW. <br />3. That the ground signs are simple in design, not lighted <br />and low to the ground. <br />4. That there will be no ,vall signs except for identifica-' ,I <br />tion signs on rear service doors. <br />5. That the gound signs conform to the district size. <br />height and location requirements. <br />6.
