WHEREAS. an application for a special use permit has been made by Donatell e Tool; and WHEREAS. the procedural history of the application is as follows: 1. That an application for a special use permit was filed with the City on June 28. 1985. 2. That the Planning Commission. pursuant to published and mailed notices. held a public hearing on July 16, 1985, all person's present at the hearing were given an opportunity to be heard. 3. That the application for a special use considered by the City Council on July the comments and analysis of staff and Commission minutes and recommendations WHEREAS. the property is legally described as follows: Lot 1 through 5 and 26 through 30. Block 9. First Addition to New Brighton, Ramsey County. Minnesota and vacated alley and street accruing. Subject to 5th Street NW. The North 230 feet of the West 300 feet, more or less. of that part of the Northeast! of the Southeast! of Section 29, Township 30, Range 23. Ramsey County. Minnesota lying East of First Addition To New Brighton. Subject to 5th Street Nl~. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council that the following Findings of Fact are made in respect to SP-126: 1. That the property is zoned 1-1. Light Industrial. 2. That the property has 598 feet of frontage and plans for two buildings along 5th Street NW. 3. That the ground signs are simple in design, not lighted and low to the ground. 4. That there will be no ,vall signs except for identifica-' ,I tion signs on rear service doors. 5. That the gound signs conform to the district size. height and location requirements. 6. That the sign plan is consistent with the purpose and intent of the sign ordinance in that it reduces clutter and provides sound identification.
