Financial Impact: <br /> <br />$400 value of donation accepted. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Explanation: <br /> <br />Mayor Steve Larson recently attended a National League of Cities Conference. Mayor Larson, <br />as a member and leader of the Public Safety Crime Prevention Steering Committee, received <br />information regarding law enforcement's use of the "TASER", a less than lethal tool used by <br />many Agencies to include the New Brighton Department of Public Safety.
