MN 55112 Re: Street Light Request Dear Mr. Lee: 1 have reviewed your request for a street light to be installed in the vicinity of your property. This review was initiated by a telephone conversation we had on July 18, 2006. . It is a policy of the City to install street lights at a minimum spacing of 660 feet along all skeletal system sidewalks, bikeways, designated bike lanes, and bike routes. I have included a drawing indicating the proposed location of the street light. This location would bring the street lighting on Long Lake Road into conformance with the City's Street Light Policy. Please discuss this proposed street light with your immediate neighbors on Long Lake Road and then contact me if there is agreement to proceed with these changes. I will need written consent from at least those residents adjacent to and across the street from the proposed street light. Upon receiving this information, I will present this request to the City Council for their approval. All street lights must be approved by Council resolution.
