<br />',. <br /> <br />,~" <br /> <br />~ 1..- ~... <br /> <br />:i <br />i: <br />" <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 85-58 <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAHSEY <br />CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING BUDGET CHANGE FOR SEVERANCE COSTS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, James Skiba, Golf Course Superintendent, has <br />resigned his position with the City; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, owing to this retirement, severance pay must be <br />paid pursuant to Section 21-93 of the Personnel Code; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the cost of severance pay is nearly $3,300; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, no appropriation has been provided for the <br />payment of the severance cost. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that: <br /> <br />1. The 1985 Budget shall be increased as follows: <br /> <br />101-141-4010 <br />741-4010 <br /> <br />TOTAL <br /> <br />$3,170.00 <br />$ 130.00 <br />$3,300.00 <br /> <br />2.
