<br />t I~ \'-' <br /> <br />:i <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO.8S-50 <br /> <br />STATE'OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OR RAMSEY <br />CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> <br />RESOLUTION MAKING FINDINGS OF FACT AND APPROVING NC-57. <br /> <br />"~ .. <br /> <br />:j WHEREAS. an application for a nonconforming use permit has <br />Ii been made by Richard Rog of Bio Instruments; and <br /> <br />)i <br /> <br />WHEREAS. the procedural history of the application is as <br />'follows: <br /> <br />1. That an application for a nonconforming use permit <br />was filed with the City on April 19. 1985. <br />2. That the Planning Commission. pursuant to published <br />and mailed notices. held a pUblic hearing on May 21, <br />1985. all person's present at the hearing were given <br />an opportunity to be heard. <br />3. That the application for a nonconforming use permit. <br />NC-57, was reviewed by the City Council on May 28, 1984 <br />and that the comments and analysis of Staff and the Plan- <br />ning Commission Minutes and recommendations were con- <br />sidered. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council that the <br />'following Findings of Fact are made in respect to NC-57: <br /> <br />1. That the proposed medical sales and service business will <br />not expand the existing Type II nonconformity. <br /> <br />NOW BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the application for NC-57 is <br />hereby approved subject to the following conditions: <br /> <br />1. That the proposed use does not generate noise, odors <br />or generate traffic above what is presently on the site. <br />2. That there be no outside storage on the site; and <br />3.
