Aeereeate Recvcle Yard Facilitv. <br /> <br />Midwest Asphalt Corporation and other local contractors do various construction projects <br />that can require uncontaminated asphalt, concrete and aggregate materials to be removed <br />from the job sites, This recyclable material can be transported to our recycle facility to be <br />processed, <br /> <br />This recyclable material is sorted and stockpiled, During the crushing process magnets <br />remove the reinforcement steel. This steel is also recycled by outside vendors, The sand <br />and clay can be used as fill materials, Topsoil can be screened and reused, Asphalt <br />millings can be recycled and processed back through the HMA Facility to become new <br />pavement. <br /> <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />Concrete and asphalt pavements are the most recycled product, by weight, in the United <br />States. <br /> <br />;1 <br />I <br /> <br />6 <br />
