What public education and promotion efforts is the municipality planning for 20077 List types of <br />printed materials, other media, or events; intended audiences; method and frequency of <br />distribution. <br />A new brochure every year for residents in our single family program. Articles in the New <br />Brighton Bulletin, City Newsletter and other City publications. Articles go out once or twice a year <br />or as the need to know or inform arises. <br /> <br />7. What measurable goals do you have for waste reduction and recycling activities in 20077 <br />Please describe how you will measure progress toward those goals and how activities will be <br />evaluated. At least ONE measurable goal must be listed. <br />Comparison of tonnage from previous months and years. Maintain the 2006 goals of 1900 tons <br />for our single family program and 600 tons for our multi-family program. <br /> <br />8. How will the municipality monitor or audit activities conducted by any contractors or <br />subcontractors? <br />Review truck scale and market receipts. <br /> <br />B. SCORE GRANT REQUEST <br />1. Please describe how a SCORE grant would enhance or improve waste reduction and recycling <br />efforts in your community. List specific activities for which SCORE funding would be used. <br />Approximately 20-25% of our total budget-therefore provide a good recycling program for a <br />reasonable price for our residents. <br />2. Please show how you intend to allocate your 2007 SCORE grant.
