<br />Page 5 - October 10, 2006 New Brighton Council Minutes <br /> <br />Mavor Larson <br />.ayor Larson attended the Eagles 30th Anniversary dinner, where a donation was received <br />purchase mannequins for CPR training. It was reported that the E.O.C. now has a <br />satellite phone in place which was purchased by the State. <br /> <br />Mayor Larson attended a National League of Cities Public Safety Steering Committee event <br />in Thousand Oaks, California where he learned that some vehicle manufactures want to <br />change the bright orange cable on the underside of a Hybrid car to possibly dark blue; the <br />disadvantages of doing this were outlined.
