BRIGHTON <br />II <br />!lll RESOLUTION MAKING FINDINGS OF FACT AND DE. NYING AN APPLICATION <br />FOR SPECIAL USE PERMIT, SP-121. <br />I <br />'1 WHEREAS, an application for a Special Use Permit, SP-12l <br />has been made by Tom Thumb and Pump and Meter Service, Inc; and <br />I <br />I WHEREAS, the procedural history of the application is as <br />i follows: <br />; <br /> <br />.~ <br /> <br />1. That an application for SP-12l was filed with the City <br />'Ion March 7, 1984. <br />III; 2. That the Planning Commission, pursuant to published <br />I and mailed notices, held a public hearing on April 16, <br />I 1985, all persons present at the hearing were given an <br />I opportunitj to ~e heard. <br />I 3. That the application for a special use permit was re- <br />: viewed by the City Council on April 23, 1985 and that <br />1'.\ the comments and analysis of Staff and. the Planning <br />! Commission minutes and recommendation~ were considered. <br />j , <br />I NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that,the New Brighton City <br />j Council makes the following Findings of Fact in respect to <br />SP-12l: <br /> <br />, <br />i <br />II <br />II <br />II <br />11 <br /> <br />1. The property is zoned B-2, Neighborhood Business District <br />2. The property is adjacent to an R-l, Single Family <br />Residential District. <br />3. Access roads or easement to adjOining property may be <br />impaired. <br />4. The proposal would be detrimental to the general welfare <br />of the neighborhood. <br />5.
