Ch1ebeck, dated October 18, 1974 Taco Johns <br />4 ayes - 0 nayes - carried <br />Motion by Fisher, seconded by Eagon to authorize administrative <br />authority to issue building permit to David Olson, Building <br />2040 Silver Lake Road (Taco Johns) subject to site and Permit <br />landscape plans signed and dated October 22, 1974 by the <br />Building and Planning Coordinator, such plans indicating <br />that the entire landscape area should be seeded, that the <br />approval does not include approval for signs and that the <br />exterior treatment should be brick and shakes. <br />4 ayes - 0 nayes - carried <br /> <br />Motion by Bromander, seconded by Anderson to find a <br />hardship exists and to authorize administrative authority <br />to issue sign permit to David Olson, 2040 Silver Lake <br />Road (Taco Johns) as requested with the stipulation <br />that the north and south facing signs be reduced to <br />as small as possible, that the pylon sign be no more than <br />20 feet and that the applicant be put on notice that <br />certain of the signs may become nonconforming with the <br />passing of a new sign ordinance <br />2 ayes - 2 nayes (Fisher, Eagon) - failed <br />Motion by Eagon, seconded by Fisher to authorize <br />administrative authority to issue sign permit to David <br />Olson, 2040 Silver Lake Road (Taco Johns) for one ground <br />sign not to exceed 20 feet in height, and one sign on <br />front of building reading "Taco Johns" as indicated on <br />the plan <br />2 ayes - 2 nayes (Anderson, Bromander) - failed <br />The applicant indicated that if the north and south facing <br />signs were not approved, he would move the building to a <br />30 ft setback rather than the proposed setback. <br /> <br />Taco Johns <br />Signs <br />
