Michael Fredericks <br />Trend Enterprises <br />Post Office Box 3073 <br />St. Paul, Minnesota 55165 <br /> <br />Re: Office and Warehouse Site in New Brighton <br /> <br />Dear Mi ke: <br /> <br />This letter comes to you and others primarily ~s a transmittal <br />letter with the enclosed prints of the Certificate of Survey pre- <br />pared on the above referenced site. <br /> <br />These prints contain the additional information which we discussed <br />at my office relative to the drainage easement which was required <br />by the City of New Brighton. . <br /> <br />In my earlier ,conversations with Barry Johnson, Planner of the <br />City of New Brighton, it w~s my unde~standing that the City was <br />going to take care of the layout of this particular effort. <br />However, later Ken Schenk of Henningson, Durham, and Richardson <br />called me and requested that I prepare the easement as he had out- <br />lined it on a print of the site which included the location of <br />buildings and other items. The criteria for delineation of the <br />easement was for: 1) a fifteen foot strip starting out near 9th <br />Avenue Southwest and running westerly even and equal with the <br />wat~rmain easement to a point approximately midway on the warehouse <br />building then angling southwesterly to the pond and 2) the pond <br />area of the tract with the easterly line of the easement to be at <br />~ one foot above controlled water elevation. <br /> <br />In my conversation with Ken Schenk he requested that I direct the <br />bill i n g for t his e f for t to K r a us An de r s on 0 f St. P a u 1. I tis my <br />intention to discuss this request with Bill Jagger of Kraus <br />Anderson. <br /> <br />To make sure that those people involved in this thing are all in <br />receipt of this Certificate of Survey, I will send a copy of the <br />letter and two prints each to the following list of persons: <br /> <br />BATHEn. n1NGROf.E,.WOLSFELD.
