<br />... ..............,,:P <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. <br /> <br />85-36 <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING A TRANSFER FOR STREET LIGHTS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the 1984 Budget provided that a loan be made from <br />the Tax Increment Fund #464 to the Street Lighting Department; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the purpose of the loan was to provide for new <br />street lights; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the loan was to be repaid by savings from future <br />operating costs; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, 1984 operating costs are $8,300 under budget; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this 1984 savings can be used to repay the loan. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that: <br /> <br />1. The loan of $6,200 shall be repaid in entirety. <br /> <br />2. The 1984 Budget, account code 101-133-4992, shall <br />be increased by $6,200 to provide for this <br />repayment. <br /> <br />., <br /> <br />3.
