Paul, MN 55104

Dear Mr. Malecha:

Enclosed you will find a copy of the minutes of the July,?th
City Council meeting at which your special use permit request and
building permit were approved by the City Counci.1.

If you will have your architect present final building plans
to the Building Inspector, he can issue the actual building permit
to you.

I would like to note that the variance and non-conforming use
permission are valid for 180 days. If they are not acted upon
within that time, they expire. If, as you approach the end of that
time, you find that you will not be able to occupy the building
in the time remaining but still wish the approvals to remain in
effect, you may make a request to the City Council for extension
of the dead line.

I would also like to note that if you are to occupy the building
prior to completion of all the landscaping and site improvements as
shown on your plans, you will require a temporary certificate of
occupancy which will require Council approval. Either the Building
Inspector or myself can explain what is required for such approval.
If you occupy the building by means of a temporary certificate of
occupancy. you have nine months within which to complete the site
work. Upon completion, a final certificate of occupancy will be
issued.

If you have any question, please feel free to contact myself or
the Building Inspector, Don Peterson.

Yours truly,

,0a,'u~:f ;:J (}/J..-A/)lA,LhJ
Barry P.
