<br />COUNCIL CONSIDER~TION <br />LP-29 <br />June 8, 1976 <br /> <br />Request: LP-29, Reveiw of landscape and plat plan for proposed <br />building addition to Superamerica Station <br /> <br />Applicant: Superamerica Stations, Inc. <br /> <br />Location: 2010 Silver Lake Road <br /> <br />Zoning: B-3 <br /> <br />Size of addition: 10'8";~ 62"4" - 665 square feet <br /> <br />Discussion: <br /> <br />The request of Superamerica Stations. Inc., is to expand the <br />old service station at 2010 Silver Lake Road. The proposed addition <br />would be to the western side or rear of the building and would be <br />used for storage and for accommodating coolers. The interior <br />activites of the building will include the sales of grocery items <br />and other merchandise. <br /> <br />Ad discussed int the non-conforming use request, the landscape <br />plan indicates that additional landscaping would be done along the <br />Silver Lake Road and Rice Creek Roan si0es of the property, The <br />plat plan indicates parking along the '1estern part of the property <br />All parking and landscaped areas will be curbed and will have <br />either 5" reinforced concrete surfacing or 2" asphaltic concrete <br />matte over the existing surface.
