<br />Request: <br /> <br />LP-29, Review of landscape and plat plan for proposed <br />building addition to Superamerica Station <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />Applicant: 8uperamerica Stations, Inc. <br /> <br />Location: 2010 Silver Lake Road <br /> <br />Zoninq: B-3 <br /> <br />Size of Addition: 10'811 x 62' 1." = 665 square feet <br /> <br />Discussion: <br /> <br />The request of Superamerica Stations, Inc., is to expand the <br />old service station at 2010 Silver Lake Road. The proposed addition <br />would be to the western side or rear of the building and would be <br />used for storage and for accommodating coolers. The interior <br />activities of the building will include the sales of grocery <br />items and other merchandise. <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />As discussed in the non-conforming use request, the landscape <br />plan indicates that additional landscaping would be done along the <br />Silver Lake Road and Rice Creek Road sides of the property. The plat <br />plan indicates parking along the western part of the property. <br />All parking and landscaped areas will be curbed and will have <br />either 511 reinforced concrete surfacing or 211 asphaltic concrete <br />matte over the existing surface. The landscaping plan is complete <br />and contains the required information. The plot plan is complete <br />with the exception that detailed plans of the fixtures for exterior <br />lighting have not been shown. The applicant has indicated however <br />that such details will be available prior to the Board of Review <br />meeting. All code requirements in regard to the proposal are met <br />except as discussed in regard to the non-conforming use request. <br /> <br />e <br />
