Mr. Noroby <br />noted a slight change in the design of the exterior access on the <br />Mississippi Street side of the building in order to accommodate <br />the handicapped. <br /> <br />" <br /> <br />Carl Citron, area resident, asked Mr. Nordby regarding the use of <br />the basement area and whether it would be used for a dance area. <br /> <br />Mr. Nordby stated that the basement woulc be used for a dressing <br />room, cooler, dry food storage, food preparation area, water heater, <br />and utilities and that 4500 of the 5500 square feet in the basement <br />would be used for these purposes. He noted further that it is <br />possible that the entire basement may not be excavateo. <br /> <br />In reply to a question by Frerrickson, Mr. Nordby stated that <br />start of construction was dependent on City approval but that the <br />time frame would range from three to four months at the earliest <br />to six months. <br /> <br />Susan Fitzpatrick, area rcsi~ent, stated that she is at odds with <br />the building layout and suggested that the parking lot be moved <br />to the east of the building dway from the residential area to , <br />the north. She pointed out that this would allow the lot lighting <br />and car lights to be moved away from the residential areas. <br /> <br />\..:..-. <br /> <br />Mr. citron pointed out that he was in agreement with this and such <br />a change would preclude the possibility of future driveways being <br />constructed onto ?-6th pvenue Mv. <br />
