Planning Commission: <br /> <br />Considered by Planning Commission on <br /> <br />The following action was taken~ <br /> <br />INSTRUCTIONS: <br /> <br />1. This form may be initiated only by the Clerk or Building <br />Inspector. Whoever initiates this form shall complete boxes <br />1-5. <br /> <br />2. "Application" includes planning request whether written or <br />verbal requiring Planning Commission and Council action. <br /> <br />3. If initiated by the Clerk, he shall refer this form to the <br />Building Inspector. The Building Inspector shall forward the <br />form in accordance with the schedule. <br /> <br />4. This form must be referred to the Planner when he is"in-house" <br />even if incomplete. <br /> <br />5. All departments listed must comment and sign even if only <br />comment is "no comment." <br /> <br />6. No routine business may go to the Planning Commission without <br />the approval of the Manager's office. The Manager's office <br />will not make any approval unless it has this form. <br /> <br />7. No request may be placed on the Planning Commission agenda <br />until an application, where required by code, is completed <br />with the Clerk's office. <br />
