<br />COUNCIL PROCEEDINGS <br />CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> <br />Pursuant to notice thereof, a regular meeting of the New Brighton City <br />Council was held Tuesday,November 14, 1978 at 7:30 in the municipal <br />building, 803 5th Avenue N.W. New Brighton, !1innesota. <br /> <br />Present: <br /> <br />!1ayor James Senden, Councilmembers Bob Benke, <br />Roger Blomquist, Jeanette Janecek, Fritz Werdouschegg <br /> <br />Absent: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />Also Present: Vernon C. Pederson, City Manager/Clerk~ Les Proper, <br />Director of Public Works; James F. Winkels, Director of <br />Community Development~ Donald L.; Lais City Attorney <br /> <br />Minutes <br />Motion by Werdouschegg, seconded by Benke to amend <br />the minutes of October 24 in the following manner: <br />Page 4, second paragraph-- change ...H.R.A. member to <br />H.R.A. Chairman.
