Dr. <br />Hultgren indicated that eight spaces should be very adequate for <br />their purposes. <br /> <br />Motion by Wickland, seconded by Partyka, to finc that the plans <br />are in substantial compliance ~1ith SP-58 and to ~ecomm~nd approval <br />of the Master Plan and LP-31. <br /> <br />Motion bV Anderson, seconded by Partyka, to amend main motion <br />by adding the following conoition: <br /> <br />1 That prior to future building permits being approved <br />thatplans be submitte0 showing propospc fire hydrant, <br />fire lane, and water main location. Further that such <br />plans be reviewe0 by the Fire Department and City Engineer <br />and that they be approveo by the City Council. <br /> <br />Voting on amendment, 5 ayes, 0 naves - carried <br /> <br />voting on main motion as amendpn <br /> <br />5 ayes, 0 naves - carrie~. <br />
