The addition would be to the north and <br />eas t sides ofj the building. <br /> <br />The plot plan is complete and contains the required informa- <br />tion. All dirving and parking areas are surfaced with asphalt. <br /> <br />The landscape plan shows existing p1antings. No new land- <br />scaping is proposed. The landscape plan also contains all of <br />the required information. <br /> <br />There is a problem, however, with the proposed exterior <br />treatment for the addition. Painted concrete block is not allowed <br />on the street side of the structure, which in this case is the north <br />side of the addition. As mentioned in the non-conforming use <br />discussion the applicant has mdicated that the entire building <br />will be painted when the addition is completed. If this is <br />determined to be sufficient, the Council may want to condition <br />the building permit approval on the painting of the entire building. <br /> <br />All code requirements are met except as discussed in the non- <br />conforming use request. <br />
