(To match existing building) <br /> <br />Discussion: <br /> <br />spotts International is seeking a building pc~::'mit for a ware- <br />house expansion. The prcpased expansion wot::.ld be to the rear <br />or west of the most northerly building on th~,proper.ty. The <br />applicants have indicated that the expansion would accommodate <br />their much needed storage requirements. The applicants have also <br />indicated they would provide ~d0~tional parkir.q space for 32 <br />vehicles (See NC-13). We would note that tile landscaping is what presently <br />exists. <br /> <br />The building plans are ~~lso complete and contuin ~he required <br />information. All code requirements are ll\et with the exception <br />of the items discussed in NC-13 and VN-161. <br /> <br />The City Engineer has revie\ved the applicant's plan and has <br />indicated approval of the gradins ana drainage. The building <br />expailsion will be entirely sprinkled.
