<br />COUNCIL CONSIDER~TION <br />BUILDING PERMIT <br />July 27, 1976 <br /> <br />Page 3 <br /> <br />LP-34 <br /> <br />Wickland questioned the small areas on the front of the building <br />which have been shown to be painted concrete block. <br /> <br />The City planner noted that painted concrete blocks is not a per- <br />mitted exterior treatment for the street side of a building. <br /> <br />Mr. Murlowski stated that changing the exterior treatment for <br />these small areas would not present a problem. <br /> <br />Motion by Wicklanc, seconded by Fredrickson, to recommend <br />approval of LP-3~ subject to the following conditions: <br /> <br />1. That the building be positioned 5 feet further <br />east than as shown on the applicant's plan. <br />2.
