<br />COUNCIL CONSIDER~TION <br />BUILDING PERMIT <br />July 27, 1976 <br /> <br />Page 3 <br /> <br />LP-34 <br /> <br />Wickland questioned the small areas on the front of the building <br />which have been shown to be painted concrete block. <br /> <br />The City planner noted that painted concrete blocks is not a per- <br />mitted exterior treatment for the street side of a building. <br /> <br />Mr. Murlowski stated that changing the exterior treatment for <br />these small areas would not present a problem. <br /> <br />Motion by Wicklanc, seconded by Fredrickson, to recommend <br />approval of LP-3~ subject to the following conditions: <br /> <br />1. That the building be positioned 5 feet further <br />east than as shown on the applicant's plan. <br />2. That the exterior treatment not include areas of <br />painted concrete block. <br /> <br />Partyk0 noted that it would be advi2ab~2 to vacate the sewer <br />easement running through the cp~ter of the ~ar~ei. <br /> <br />4 ~yes - 0 Nayes - Carried <br /> <br />Wickland notAd that the appl~~ation was in conformance with <br />city ~odffi Rnd that this area war suited for this type of develop- <br />ment. <br /> <br />Fredrickson a~~ea that thp Ne~ BrLgkl~on HF~ receive a copy of <br />the report since this property is within the HRA study area. <br />
