Ernst: <br /> <br />August 25, 1977 <br /> <br />The doors at the shopping center at 2100 Silver Lake <br />Road in the east wall facing Silver Lake Road are not <br />according to the plans submitted and approved by <br />Council. These doors shall have to be removed and <br />glazing installed as per plan. Upon receipt of this <br />letter you will have thirty days in which to accomplish <br />this. <br /> <br />In regard to the temporary certificate of occupancy <br />for the drug store, if these doors are still in place <br />they will have to be made inoperable for use or an <br />occupancy certificate ..l1ill be denied. Also the state <br />building code requirements for handicap access will <br />have to be met. Code requires ramps at or near the <br />main access of any structure.
