<br />At their meeting on January 12, 1977, the Board of Managers of
<br />the Rice Creek Watershed District reviewed your permit applica-
<br />tion together with the site development plan (11-23-76) storm
<br />sewer plans, sanitary sewer plan, design details of catch
<br />basins and treatment structures, and the recommendation of the
<br />Engineer.
<br />
<br />They found the project as planned to be in accordance with the
<br />Rules and Regulations and Guidelines of the District and, there-
<br />fore, approved the permit as requested with the following stipu-
<br />lations:
<br />
<br />1. Appropriate erosion control measures will be taken during
<br />construction to prevent exit of sediment from the site.
<br />
<br />2. The baffled weir structures will be regularly maintained.
<br />
<br />Please contact us at 473-4224 when the project is about to com-
<br />mence so an inspector may view the work in progress.
<br />
