That the site plan reflect and proper documents be presented <br />granting access easements from the westerly 33 foot <br />driveway on Mississippi street to the Brighton Veterinarian <br />Clinic west of the driveway and the vacant parcel east of <br />the driveway; <br /> <br />2. That the site plan reflect and proper documents be presented <br />granting access easements from the Super Valu property to <br />the south and west sides of the DX property; <br /> <br />3. That a proper reciprocal parking and access agreement between <br />RCE Corporatlon and Super Valu be presented authorizing the <br />mutual use of parking and free flow of traffic between the <br />Super Valu, the shopping center and the proposed steak house; <br /> <br />4. That the site plan reflect and proper documents be presented <br />guaranteeing the closing of the westerly Super Valu driveway <br />on Mis~issippi Street and the southerly Super Valu driveway <br />on Silver Lake Road; <br /> <br />5. That the site plan reflect and proper documents be presented <br />guaranteeing the closing of the Taco Johns driveway to <br />Silver Lake Road and the provision of access for Taco Johns <br />via the southerly shopping center driveway; <br /> <br />6. That proper documents be filed whereby S~per Valu grants <br />drainage easements to RCE Corporation and the City of New <br />Brighton; <br /> <br />7. That the site and landscape plan for the center be subject <br />to Council approval and be a condition of the variance; <br /> <br />8. That both shopping center driveways on Silver Lake Road <br />and the southerly driveway accesses to Taco Johns and the <br />proposed steak house be subject to Council review and control <br />at the time the ~ommercially zoned property south of the <br />shopping center is developed; <br /> <br />9. That access to Rice Creek Road be subject to Council review <br />and control at the time the commercially zoned property <br />south of the shopping center is developed; <br /> <br />10. That the RCE Corporation commission and provide to the City <br />a traffic analysis regarding possible traffic control <br />improvements to Silver Lake Road such as medians, left turn <br />lanes, signals, etc., in a form acceptable to the County of <br />Ramsey for purposes of establishing warrants for such <br />traffic control devices. <br /> <br />Adopted this 9th day of November, 1976. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Gayle C.
