Welsch Co., Stock~ans Steak House, conditioned <br />on the provision by the applicant of a revised site and <br />landscape plan showing berms on 26th Avenue and 22F Street and <br />conditioned on compliance with the site and landscape plan <br />signed by the Building and Planning Coordinator, dated <br />Nov. 23, 1976, excepting the changes to be made to the <br />site and landscape plan regarding the berms on 26th Avenue <br />and 22A Street. <br />S ayes - 0 nayes- carried <br /> <br />The Attorney stated hearing was properly called. <br />The Building and planning coordinator stated that the <br />planning Commission had deferred action on the request and <br />had not yet provided a recommendation to the Council <br />and therefore the Council should consider continuing <br />the hearing until such recommendations were provided. <br />. - <br /> <br />Motion by Werdouschegg, seconded by Senden to continue <br />hearing to Dec. 14, at 8:30. <br />5 ayes- 0 nayes- carried <br /> <br />New Business <br />Motion by Werdouschegg, seconded by Hardt to approve <br />final plat PL-I03, (Joe Hipp and Richard Hipp, Hipp <br />View point) <br />5 ayes - 0 nayes- carried <br /> <br />Motion by Werdouschegg, seconded by Hardt to receive <br />letter from Larry J.
