Except as noted in the discussion for NC-16, all <br />Zoning Code requirements are met by this application. <br /> <br />Of note in the application is that the existing canopy wii1 be <br />enclosed. This area, according to, the applicant, will be used for <br />show room purposes. The expanded area to the rear of the existing <br />building is shown to be used for storage purposes. Sufficient <br />parking spaces are provided based on our calculations of the retail <br />sales and service area. <br /> <br />The landscape plan indicates landscaping provided both in the <br />front yard and also on the north and south sides of the enclosed <br />canopy. <br />
