Enclosed plans <br /> <br />e Conformance to Code Requirements: <br /> <br />As noted in the discussion for NC-16, the applicant <br />is having a revised survey drawn. In addition, the applicant's <br />plans show an expansion on the western side of the building <br />extending to within 20 feet of the rear property line, which would <br />require a variance. The applicant is also having the site plan <br />revised showing the expansion meeting code r~uirements. This was <br />not discovered in time for the revised drawings to be delivered at <br />this time but should be available prior to Tuesday's meeting. <br />The revision will only affect the proposed expansion on the rear <br />of the building and has no effect on the existing non-conformities. <br />We would suggest that this item be reviewed at the time of agenda <br />review and not be received by the Planning Commission unless <br />the information has been provided. If the information has not <br />been provided or delivered, we would suggest that this item only <br />be handled as a concept discussion. <br /> <br />The ap~licant's plans, other than the remaining revisions <br />necessary, are complete and contain all the required information. <br />Except for the revision for the rear of the building and except <br />as noted in the discussion for NC-16, all zoning code requirements <br />~ are met by this application. <br /> <br />Of note in the application is that the existing canopy will be <br />enclosed. This area, according to the applicant, will be used for <br />show room purposes. The expanded area to the rear of the existing <br />
