Application 2. Location Map 3. Enclosed plans e Conformance to Code Requirements: As noted in the discussion for NC-16, the applicant is having a revised survey drawn. In addition, the applicant's plans show an expansion on the western side of the building extending to within 20 feet of the rear property line, which would require a variance. The applicant is also having the site plan revised showing the expansion meeting code r~uirements. This was not discovered in time for the revised drawings to be delivered at this time but should be available prior to Tuesday's meeting. The revision will only affect the proposed expansion on the rear of the building and has no effect on the existing non-conformities. We would suggest that this item be reviewed at the time of agenda review and not be received by the Planning Commission unless the information has been provided. If the information has not been provided or delivered, we would suggest that this item only be handled as a concept discussion. The ap~licant's plans, other than the remaining revisions necessary, are complete and contain all the required information. Except for the revision for the rear of the building and except as noted in the discussion for NC-16, all zoning code requirements ~ are met by this application. Of note in the application is that the existing canopy will be enclosed. This area, according to the applicant, will be used for show room purposes. The expanded area to the rear of the existing
