RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF BUILDING PERMIT APPLICATION <br />I LP-41 <br /> <br />,;. <br /> <br />WHEREAS an application for a building permit entitled LP-41 <br />has been made by William Forder to allow construction of a <br />!: <br />" building, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the procedural history of the application is as <br />I' follows: <br /> <br />1. That an application for LP-4lwas filed with the <br />City on March 9, 1977, and was heard and reviewed by <br />the Planning commission at its meeting of March 15, 1977; <br /> <br />2. The written comments and analysis of the City planner <br />and all persons' statements made at the Planning <br />commission meeting were considered <br /> <br />, <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED, That the Board of Review <br />Planning commission makes the following <br />respect to the application for LP-41: <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE <br />" of the New Brighton <br />, findings of fact in <br /> <br />1. All zoning code requirements are met by this <br />application; <br /> <br />~ ; <br /> <br />2. The site, landscape and building plans are complete <br />and contain all required informationl <br /> <br />3. utilities are available to service the development. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the application for LP-41 be <br />d' <br />hereby recommended for approval. <br /> <br />I, <br />. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That this recommendation is <br />provided subject to the following conditions: <br /> <br />I <br />k <br />! ~ <br /> <br />1.
