Planning Commission Consideration & Recommendation
Conformance to Code Requirements:

The applicant's plans are complete and contain all required
information with the exception that the parking lot surface on the
northeast corner of the site is not clearly specified. Except
as noted in the discussion for NC-17 and SP-76, all zoning Code
requirements are met by this application.

The interior of the proposed addition would accommodate a
kitchen, bar, lounge area, dining room and banquet facilities. The
applicant has made application for a liquor license and the Council
will be considering this application in the near future.

As noted in the discussion of NC-17, the site plan indicates
that there will be three driveways to the property. The third
d~iveway will require special permission of the City Council.
