<br />II <br />~. <br /> <br />,> -' ~.,It <br /> <br />RESOLUTI ON NO 85-24 <br /> <br />i ~ <br /> <br />STATE OF nNNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />C I T Y 0 F N EW B RI G H TON <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N SET TI N GAP U B LI C IMP R 0 V E MEN THE A RI N G 0 NTH E S I L V E R <br />LAKE ROAD BRIDGE WIDENING PROJECT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Ramsey County and ~njDOT has prepared a plan for <br />Widening the Silver Lake Road Bridge over 1-694, and <br /> <br />~HEREAS, certain portions of the cost of the bridge project <br />are considered local cost items and are the responsibility of <br />the City of New Brighton; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it has been the policy of the City of New Brighton <br />to special assess the cost on certain local items, such as <br />curbing and storm sewer, back against the benefitting properties. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the <br />City of New Brighton: <br /> <br />1. That the City Council will consider special assessing <br />the est i mat e d $ 7 , 4 71 . 9 3 0 f the 1 0 c a 1 c 0 s ti t ems <br />pertaining to curbing and storm sewer against all <br />contiguous or benefitting properties for all or a <br />portion of the cost of said local cost items pursuant <br />to ~innesota Statute 429.011 to 429.111 (Law 1955, <br />Chapter 398 as amended). <br />2.
