<br />e <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />New Brighton Planning Commission <br />Board of Review <br />Special Meeting <br />April 7, 1977 <br /> <br />The meeting was called to order at 7:20 PM by Chairman Brown. <br /> <br />Present: Brown, Doyle, Wickland <br /> <br />Absent: Anderson, Medved <br /> <br />Also Present: Councilman Hardt, City Planner Winkels <br /> <br />Aqenda Review: <br /> <br />Chairman Brown noted the agenda would stand as presented. <br /> <br />LP-44, Forder <br /> <br />The City Planner reviewed his comments noting that the City <br />Council had approved a building permit for Phase I. The Planner <br />further noted that the sewer easement and line would have to be <br />vacated or abandoned prior to this proposed addition being built. <br /> <br />Mr. Mike Rich and Mr. Sheldon Brown, representing the applicant, <br />were present to answer questions. <br /> <br />Commissioner Doyle noted that he had commended the applicant <br />for the original proposal and that he saw no problems with this <br />request. <br /> <br />Motion by Doyle, seconded by Brown, to recoITmend approval of <br />LP-44 based on the following Findings of Fact: <br /> <br />1. The site and landscape plans are complete and contain all <br />required information; <br /> <br />2. All Zoning Code requirements are met by this application. <br /> <br />Further, it is recommended that the approval be conditioned on: <br /> <br />1. Conformance with the site and landscape plans submitted; <br /> <br />2. The City Council approving the abandonment of the sanitary sewer <br />line and easement located in the property. <br /> <br />3 ayes - 0 nayes - carried <br />
