' <br />-- <br /> <br />Councilman Werdouschegg asked how large the driving <br />lane was on the west side of the property. <br />The planner stated it was 25 feet, one foot in excess of <br />code requirements. <br />In response to information in the Planner's report <br />Councilman Senden asked how large and what the zoning <br />was for the parcel to the west that Mr. Ernst recently <br />acquired. <br />The planner stated it is 11 acres and carries B-3 zoning. <br />although the proposed comprehensive plan showed <br />it as residential use. <br /> <br />~... ;,;~~. <br /> <br /> <br />Dick Ernst, RC~ Corporation, stated that the cellar would <br />be used as storag'e or re~8il space, that it would have <br />a stairway from'the ground level floor and it would have rear access by w, <br />a ramp and stairs.
